    Train Tech nerds rejoice! We’ve got another episode of superb train technology for you. Without a doubt, China wants to be the best. It’s more political than anything else. Pride in being the biggest and best. While the latter leaves room to discours, One has to admire their audacity in retracing rebuilding the Silk Route from
    centuries past. No matter what, China never leaves you cold.

    It's been a huge money loser for China. It's costing them about a billion a day to operate the network and by no means profitable.

    And I would not call Dalian warm either. It is below freezing for much of the winter. But compared to Harbin which is -20, I can see why they saw warm.

    If that train is made from Japan, then it will last long. But if China made them, it will just last for a year.

    The Great Wall of China built 2000 years ago 21,196 kilometers without high technology. Today, China built a high-speed rail network of 40,000 km in 40 years.
