I look forward to visiting the Cotswolds on my next visit to my family . To be sure, Daylesford will be on my list! I always make specialty food shops / restaurants and other local food places top of my “ go to” list! Hampers and Advent calendars are quite the Brit trad. I havent found “ gift baskets” over here that compare . To receive a Daylesford hamper would be a pamper hamper of decadent deliciousness!

My partner have given me a fortnum and mason advent calendar this year and I have set him the challenge for next year like Charlie does for you, he has 11 months to collect small gifts to fill the drawers. The cherries and kirsch would be lovely as a compote on top of Greek yoghurt or ice cream . My partner makes me tea in bed every week day and I do it at the weekend, I feel I have the better deal….Charlie take note, you need to do this for Josie ☕️

i never understood the fascination of massive beds when there are only two of you in them. too much bedding and too much work and the size takes over a bedroom when you could put other bedroom-y things in there.
