My mom use to hang aluminum pie pans in her garden to keep the burds from disrupting her seeds and blooms. I have seen them use old CDs for the same purpose . Just a thought
Have you been seeing more homeless people live on the streets? I don't know why the second hand store don't give blankets and show and clothes to the homeless people to keep warm at night when they are sleeping in the streets. Our government do things to help the homeless people

Primarks a dept store that’s based in Dublin Ireland. They’re in the Freehold Mall for quite a few years and other malls occupying one of the Sears floors before Sears closed down completely. There’s one in Danbury Fair Mall in CT too.
