  1. In Holland we recycle plastic … I think you do in the States too don't you? I agree with you .. use as little plastic as possible, recycle or plant something in it.

  2. Thanks Robbie – I was never too sure about the numbers that were safe.
And the plastic cutlery – I never even thought about how safe they were.
    Happy gardening.

  3. Robbie, we LOVE you, but your understanding of the numbering system is NOT correct. It's ALL toxic and not safe for your body.

There ARE alternatives to plastic. Research this. All of plastics are deadly for your health. Period.

Is not accurate to say there's nothing people can do. It's possible to minimize your exposure. Please don't take people's concerns personally.

Yet please don't mislead or miseducate others. I'm a scientist. There's is always a solution to EVERY problem. Be a part of the solution. You CAN reduce your exposure, but it's really a bit irresponsible to tell others it's everywhere and nothing can be done about it. You have the power of your mind. You're such a sweet person – only looking to help others. And there's A TON of scientifically valid, consistent Real helpful info on the internet. Look for the solutions, because you've misunderstood the numbering system and you're creating more harm for others. You can get to the truth. It's anyway out there. But it Won't be coming grin the government.

Bless you! You're just the SWEETEST human! 🙏💞🌝

Happy adventures. I KNOW you're smarter than you're claiming. Have a great day. And thanks for FINALLY talking about this.

    Respectfully…

  4. Thanks for having us in your kitchen. I feel like a welcomed friend. My husband and I had just rewatched your last video to make sure of the numbers because we were checking our containers. Thank you, sweetie!

  5. Thank you for clarifying about the different plastic types.  We can drive ourselves crazy worrying about chemicals leaching into our food etc.  Some soils may contain poisonous heavy metals as well.  We can only do the best we can do.  I believe many of your containers are very stable plastics that are not breaking down and leaching chemicals into your wonderful produce in any significant amount.  I also reuse garden centre pots that are stable plastics that do not break down readily.  I feel that my home-grown container produce without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers is very healthy especially compared to store bought produce (even organic produce at the supermarket has fertilizers and pesticide residue).  The bigger problem is in getting large commercial food growers to cut back on the chemicals they are using.  Keep up the good work!  So much valuable information.  I would gladly eat anything grown in your incredible garden!

  6. Hello Robbie, I'm having a tiny problem and need some good advice. By the way, I've learned a lot from watching your videos specially about "Composting in place". Here is my problem, I have gotten into making fruit-juice wines and am thinking about making the leap to using real fruit. All but one of the You Tube videos I've watched the folks say that they toss the spent pulp in the trash after fermenting. How do you feel about using those spent pulps in the compost pile and will the dead yeast & alcohol hurt my compost?

  7. I have a plastic 4 wheel garden yard barrow that gasses off when in the sun. The first time it gassed off I thought, "What's that smell?" Now I store it out of the sun. When I use it in summer I try to park it in the shade.

  8. I drink out of plastic. My milk comes in plastic, my yogurt, sour cream, my deli meat wrapped in plastic. I could go on and on
I am going to use your method. I am getting to the age where I have trouble getting up and down in the garden. This method I will still get to garden. Enjoying your videos keep them coming

  9. Urgent question!!! We found construction grade containers at an awesome price but they had no symbols. How can we find the toxicity if any on these containers.

  10. Thanks, in Australia we have no become orderly,,, in 2000 we had a lot of american plastic, which we could not recycle…
It is good to know that Aust & US now have same codes…
I recyle all plastic bags as bin liners [refuse to buy them]
I do have access to food grade plasic containers which I use as panters.
Some depending on my laziness, I cover in cement mixer to make safe planters for gardern.
    Thanks for your tips.

Government sites should all have the plastic codes for recycling.
    AND
utube has soe wonderful people who whink outside the box and help with the upcycling of items….

    THaks heaps

  11. Robbie I started listening to Dr Jennifer Daniels truth files about 5 years ago and she tells how to take turpentine. I followed her directions and took it. After about 2 1/2 months stuff came out of my left eye and about a week later it came out of my right eye. I noticed soon after that I co see very good again at night for driving. My eye doctor said my cateracts are almost all gone. Recently Dr Jennifer Daniels has mentioned if you put Vicks Vapor Rub in your eyes every day for a week the floaters will go away. You will like this gal a lot, she has helped me. I listen to her while sewing and you could listen to her while gardening.

  12. Good to know my smaller cat litter containers are a 2 😄. Just planted up a couple for flowers, melons and green peppers. Im in the midwest and we have been waiting for what seemed to be an eternity of snowy, rainy, icy and frigid cold weather conditions come to an end! So excited to get the gardening party started. LOL!!! Thanks for sharing this knowledge. 👍🏻

  13. Thank u for the info. Why do u have baby formula if that’s OK to ask and your information is great and I do enjoy watching you talk about your birds in your container gardens and you live in a place where you can grow that all your round. Love ur Utubes.

  14. Hi Robbie…love your videos and wonderful gardening ideas! So glad you share! Thank you. I am wondering if you know anything about the plastics that do not have a recycle number, in the triangles. I have some tubs, including Rubbermaid that do not have triangles they have other numbers but not in the triangle. The Rubber maid for example has : 0105 3. It is printed like that with the space. Also some of the juice bottles lately I can't seem to find any triangles on some of those. Just curious about your thoughts on that. Thank you again. God Bless you.

  15. I have saved a lot of metal coffee cans, to plant in. Are these safe to plant in? I also have some Rubbermaid storage crates that I would like to plant in. Are these safe to plant in? I need to have them on an outside table as I can't bend over to tend a raised bed on the ground (bad lower back, hips & knees). Your info on what to do is appreciated. God bless you.

  16. Love your LOGICAL videos! At 72, I can't bend over to ground garden, so food grade totes/buckets are my ONLY way that I can still grow my own foods! Thanks so much!!

  17. all i see is a big messy kitchen would NOT believe a word she has to say, clean your house horder!
