G’day friends,

I had to take a few personal days last week and got a bit behind, so I’m sorry that this video is a day late! There will be a part 2, and it will be epic!!!

We got to check in on a property from a popular video from earlier in the year, and hopefully you’re as happy with the progress as I was! Today’s job was just down the road from that one, and it was very typically Australian. That is to say in stark contrast to the wet and mud which seemed standard all year. No, this one was a hot and dry day, and off camera I spent more than a few minutes sipping water in the shade.

This yard belongs to a lovely lady who lives with some serious health issues, so it was an absolute pleasure to give her yard a makeover. It was less a yard, and more of a jungle to begin with! I hope you enjoy watching this video as much as I enjoyed making it!

Thanks again for watching, as the client was not charged for this job! It was funded by YouTube advertising revenue, Patreon and the Buy Me a Coffee app!

  1. Fine job! I’m not trying to detract from what you’ve done because you do fine work, but for me to be satisfied, I’d have to get a pressure washer and clean the cement. It would make the whole job look like a million bucks. Have a great day!

  2. your "collector's item" mower made a great job of it – showing how well made they are, I guess – the whole thing looked lovely – given the sign "nanna's garden" I guess the lady is utterly made up to see someone take her wilderness in hand for her again – thanks for sharing, as ever

  3. Sometimes when you show a quick recap at the start I close my eyes so I don’t spoil the surprise! I love your videos, so relaxing and calming. I have also learned a lot about how to care for my own yard. Keep being wonderful ❤

  4. Love the Rover’s with the Suzuki 2 Stroke. I think they’re the best mower ever made. I run 3 of them for my business and I’m looking at getting a 4th one but they’re definitely getting harder to find. They’re lightweight and powerful and match it with my 190 cc 4 Strokes. Cheers

  5. Sean (or Shaun) how often to you perform maintenance on your equipment, i.e sharpen your mower blades, change belts, spark plugs oil, etc. on your equipment?

  6. That Red Rover is a fantastic little mower! I love the sound of it 🙂

  7. I loved the yard you did the update on. So glad the gentleman has been able to keep up with it now! Thanks for that highlight!

  8. Mt John Deere has a 48" mower & sticks out about 18" past the tires on the LH side.
This works great for things like over curbs & under bushes & such.

  9. 2 Stroke?!?!?!?! Lately I have been noticing electric chainsaws. So quiet. Yesterday,
I was up in a tree about 23feet when that !)^&#(@#!^%$*&!!! quit on me. My saw is
pretty easy to start, but, for the life of me, I cant yank the rope hard enough to get it
to kick when I'm up in a tree. I gotta climb all the way down & put the saw on the
ground, put the toe of my boot thru the handle, lean on the pipe bar & then yank-
starts every time. I got to thinking how that wont be a problem with an electric. Nor
will I have to mix fuel or worry if the fuel has gotten old or having to carry fuel and
refuel in the woods or be careful not to burn myself on the hot engine. Geez…
Electric is starting to sound better N better.

  10. What kind of weed eater/weed wacker line ya using ? Also whats the thickness ?

Im using some cross fire echo line right now but it seems to break really easy . Its .095 thickness

  11. I often wonder about these free lawn clean ups WHY family does not pitch in to help. Teenage and grown children, siblings, whomever. FAMILY!
