Love the Starburst in the tree! Everything looks wonderful! Check on those Starbursts and see if there is a timer built in. I missed it on a set of lights I bought one time.
First of all your house looks fantastic! But what your husband did for you by surprising you with the lights is the BEST of all. I also think it was so cute and appropriate for you to end your video with using the Christmas tree for lighting.
Oh ya have you thought about doing the "JOY" Sign in colored lights so it will stand out from all the beautiful white lights?

Your decorations are inspiring! Wow, I didn't think it was possible, but the c9 and hanging icicles balance one another so well. Normally I find the LEDs too white/artificial, and although I LOVE warm lights, the hanging icicles can be too warm, but together they balance each other out PERFECTLY!
It's great seeing these beautiful lights on a house like yours rather than a mansion. Please don't take this the wrong way! I adore your home and live in a similar house. We actually live a few blocks from the fab 40s, and while we adore walking the neighborhood, having elegant lights like theirs on our more modest house didn't seem like it would have much of an impact, so we decorate inside, put the tree in the window, hang a wreath and leave it at that. Seems like our neighbors with smaller homes like to go big with the Christmas inflatables, which is fun don't get me wrong! Just not our style. Your decorations make a big, beautiful sparkling impact, but also have an understated elegance. Such an inspiration! Thanks for sharing.
Everything looks so pretty! I'm not a fan of multi colored lights. I love white lights and sometimes a solid green. I don't like flashing lights either! I really like the way you did double lights on your house! Beautiful video!
Lovely decorations. I like the various whites as it is not quite so monochromatic. I wonder what it would look like if you had blue and white or red and white lights. The whites give off a nice warm glow and one other color might look really nice. Blue is cooler, red is warmer.

Your lights looks beautiful! I know what you mean about lights not matching, but in your case, I think it adds layers to the whole effect, so it makes it perfect! We bought some snowflake lights this year, and they are a very icy white/almost blue-ish, while the tree on the porch and garland are a warm white. I was worried they would clash, but I think they actually work well. It feels very wintery when I look at them outside our window, which adds to the seasonal feel.

Beautiful but don’t forget your back yard! A white tree or three by your bench. A random deer, lights everywhere will make a pretty view for you while inside. I do my obligatory front yard for the neighbors but the back yard is just for my family and is so festive!
