that lauki was way too big !! amazing produce. the rounded lauki that has turned hard, I think if you let it dry out completely on the vine it can be used to make gourd bowls, something like a calabash. just a thought. lots of cultures make calabash bowls out of dried gourds and pumpkins. decorating some bowls will make a good colorful addition for your garden, some can be crafted as lamps for tealight candles and some can be used for practical use as a soup bowl or a salad bowl !!
