How much did a movie cost there? Everyone would like to know. Thanks
how can that not be good because the owner of the mall is the top 1 billionaire in the Philippines
the mall was also completed after a few years.
Fixtures are usually found in specialty stores like Wilcon Depot or City Hardware. You're gonna love it there! Both are along Diversion Road. Department stores that have these items usually sell them for about 150% – 200% of the depot prices.
vista mall opened in 2018… owned by Villar also the owner of the subdivision you rented your house..
just came back from ph 2 weeks ago and i can tell that vista mall is slightly expensive compared to other malls (sm,rob) .however, its more convenient to shop there especially if you wanna avoid that dreadful traffic in (bangga cinco)π
If u really want cheap prices downtown Iloilo offers that u just have to hunt down
My wife is convinced that the Noname store is being mispronounced (by me too). She thinks the Japanese pronunciation is No-naa-me. The AllHome portion of the mall has been around for a few years (prepandemic) but construction halted. The furniture, home decorations, construction items (tiles, etc), as well as the upstairs portion (including the theater space), and the grocery are the original stores. The portion of the mall you filmed initially (including Noname) are indeed very recently opened. It is a high-end mall (meaning more expensive), but quite attractive and with some good, quality items.
the road going to oton from that mall has lot of native restaurants maybe 2 minutes from vista mall.. and also there is a wet market near those restaurants..
Is that really ILOILO now? I can't hardly believe how progressive the province/ the city this day. Wow, Wow, Wow! I want and truly love to visit that incredibly beautiful and peaceful place soon. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR AND MAM for featuring such BEAUTIFUL CITY IN THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PHILIPPINES.
quiet impressive malls, cozy, complete, no long queues, no traffic. i bet the only concern would be the price comparison. i'm getting excited to move there by mid 2023. thanks Mike and B for showing all of these.
Sir/ mam can you also feature one of ILOILO'S pride which is their longest esplanade in the Philippines.
Iloilo definitely flexing its muscles.. i'm so glad rapid and awesome development happening in other areas not just metro manila.
Napakaganda naman nun nasa thumbnail
Nice Tour of the mall ππ
16:14 HAHAHA
Michael, I know you have been asked before but I don't know the answer. What brand is your cross body zipper pouch? Where did you get it from? Would you recommend that one?
Thank you. Love u 2 Bianca!!!
This is a beautiful mall. So many malls in the Philippines are a sight to behold.
Nice mall.
It is an expensive mall…you can compare their prices to the other big malls, too to know what I mean.
Top tier mall for sure
Awesome video. Thanks Michael and Bianca for showing us that massive store. ππ
Nice
Idk if it is even related bro but the owner of that mall is the richest family/politician in the country.
I can't wait until I move there in a few years and get to visit a place like this when building my house π Great video guys π
Vista Mall is very nice … but that grocery store is very PRICEY. We found it was easily comparable to what we pay here in Aus, minus the quality – but it's handy when you need certain things and are willing/have the capacity to afford it. Maybe that's why there are no lines hmmmm …
0:16:15 "Do you know how to lay pipe?" Lmao
guys the No Name store is a Japanese store!
thank you for roaming me at my hometown ,can't stop watching all your vids…
Watching pull support bro β€
i grew up in Iloilo and I always had this idea that Ilonggos are more careful with their money, unlike other places where people are more willing to spend. I look at all these housing developments and malls and I wonder if it is sustainable. I know more people have more spending power these days but is this enough to offset the embedded culture or has there been a change in culture? I think of Marymart mall and Amigo Terrace. Both had relatively unscale shops when they were new but I was shocked when I returned to Iloilo and saw these two became haven for ukay-ukay. This was even before SM city was built. I am curious what fellow Ilonggos think.
Thank you for showcasing Iloilo.
You should visit Costa Buena in Dumangas Iloilo. Itβs a very nice place. The food is great and the ambience is very cozy. They have floating table which is very romantic during the night
The bathtubs gave me a laugh….with your water pressure, it would take 2 days to fill one. π
Great video sounds great view shopping π The Philippines π΅π great walking. Great weather.
I see expenses in your future π
if you want a bathtub… just get a carpenter/mason to build one for you. way way way less cheaper than buying one.
Amazing mall. In the west malls are dying out and in a country with 80% poverty they are flourishing.Totally amazing π€©
Wow, that was amazing! Literally one-stop shopping, major time saver, incredible! π
VISTA MALL ILOILO
PHASE 1 = DONE!
PHASE 2 = DONE!
PHASE 3 = UP NEXT!
PHASE 4 = COMING SOON!
The first vista mall in southern philippines/visayas and mindanao area
Vista Mall/Allhome is owned by Manny Villar, richest Person in the Philippines.
the opening was only for extension.
But Vista is more expensive then SM according to my lady.
I think it's the only all-in-one Mall, even construction materials are available.
AT THE BACK OF THAT MALL WILL BE A TOWNSHIP SOON TO BE CALLED GEORGIA BUILD BY VISTA ESTATES. 500 HECTAR TOWNSHIP FILLED WITH CORPORATE OFFICES, MALLS, BPO'S, HOSPITAL HUB, COMMERCIAL AREAS ETCH! IT WILL BE THE BGC OF ILOILO IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I OWNED A LOT NEAR VISTAMALL AS AN INVESTMENT BECAUSE THAT PLACE WILL BECOME EXPENSIVE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
oh lala. surprise
I'm blown away – this is right on your doorstep!! Wow π Everything you will ever need and more. Really well made and layed out perfect. Could spent hours just browsing. Very nice indeed my friends, very nice indeed π π π
Iloilo city becomes the new Manila…
"We had… I can't remember, something to drink"… My guess would be a Mind Eracer… LOL Seemed to do it job too…
U can find a decent toilet at 5k pesos
Vista Mall items are quite pricey
I see. Manny Villar owns that Vista Mall chain of malls. makes sense now.
What name and location of the mall
Oooooh, La la! ππ ππ πππ π
