Growing multiple veggies in one pots is a great way to increase variety in your garden. It also lets you take advantage of the benefits of companion planting. In our large pots we allocated each a theme, including a pizza, three sisters, and baby veg container. In the pizza container, the basil not only helps repel insects but also improves flavour of the tomatoes. Keep in mind you will sacrifice quantity for variety when growing your veg in mixed pots, so keep that in mind if you need a large harvest of one vegetable.
