The Japanese Friendship Garden is home to over 200 cherry trees that bloom in March & April. In addition to cherry trees, the Japanese Garden is home to Azaleas, Wisterias, Bonsai trees, Koi Ponds, Rock Gardens, and more! It’s a very tranquil place to experience nature in the true Japanese tradition.

I have been to Shinjuku, Japan a few years ago at the shinjuku gyoen national garden during the blossom season–So beautiful. I'm not too far from San Diego. Didn't know that Japanese Garden was there. Might visit it. Thank you for the info.
I love San Diego and only living in Orange County, really should spend more time down there.

U have to do the blossom trail in sanger..its free n super beautiful when in bloom.
Tipp: Fort Worth/ Texas Japanes Garden is very beautifull. I was there Oktober 2016. 🙂
