Ingredients:
Green apples (green apple promote the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut)
Cucumber (cucumber contains a good amount of water, which leads to a feeling of satiety)
Carrots (carrots contain few calories which leads to weight loss)
Instructions:
Wash and prep the carrots, cucumber and apples, then put them into the juicer.
This is the finish result!
Drink for a brighter skin and glow from the inside out.
