    Steve, I feel like you should buy Jordan’s house in Highland Park. Just shy of 8 acres, 14 car garage, basketball court with locker room, guest house, etc etc. I’m sure you have seen it. I’ve heard that the house is way too personalized on the inside and that’s why no one has touched it. It looks like they have removed a good bit of it though now as I didn’t see much in Enes Yilmazer’s latest YT video of it. I know it’s been on the market for years and I believe it was much higher priced and it’s just now somewhat reasonable. Hear me out Steve, use it as a resource. I know you are all about giving back, so why not open it up to the public(selectively obviously) and let people come play ball where the legend practiced? You could also have some kind of a putt/chip challenge, or a tennis tournament, the options are literally endless. Plus you being from Chicago, I’m sure it would be a dream come true to own that place and to play ball there yourself. You could also let out of town YouTuber’s ship their cars there and when they arrive they have their own privacy with the guest house and plenty of garage space. What a super nostalgic guest house to stay in for a few days while filming with hyper cars! People would be begging you to come out and collab. As I mentioned before, the possibilities are literally endless. I was just watching Enes’ video and it got me thinking that THC could do all kinds of things with this house. People could potentially get to enjoy it also, it would more than pay for itself in the process,(you are in one of those unique scenarios unlike other buyers where you don’t need the market to go up to generate income off of that property, the content will do that for you the house as the character) and, and, there would be the little well known fact that you now own Michael Jordan’s old home. The same place he slept and grinded to bring the great city of Chicago all those rings!

    Why do I love this channel? That moment at the end where Steve said I will always give you guys investment advice it free I won't charge and you don't have to sign up for a class or something. Steve is amazing maybe one day I can get to an event since I am like 2 hours away in Illinois. Stay humble and awesome. PS Thank you to the whole team for all you do to make this content happen.

    Sell the 16,000 sq ft house and buy more cars! The 7,500 sq ft house that you have been in for a while is pretty bad ass in my opinion (coming from a guy that lives in a 700 sq ft condo) Keep ballin out Steve! Can I request more farts on the videos as well por favor

    As you and the Family like to visit Disney, I feel that you would regret not using your new house for its main purpose. Once you tire of Disney ( if that's possible ) wait for the market to reach a high, then you can buy four Hyper cars instead of two. You've got great taste Mate!
