This is the third time I’m harvesting ginger from our kitchen scraps. I have been planting them on reused containers so I don’t get much but the mere experience is overwhelming. After harvesting, I’m replanting some of the shoots. I still haven’t checked two other ginger plants. 💚🙏🌿🌱
