Brilliant Tour as Always Darren! I was looking forward to this Tour coming out, the behind scenes really did show the beauty of this property.
Love the the view of that mountain nothing beats it when ur in the city.. I Also think living in this Area's might have that privacy compare to house's that are more near the city.
The Amenties like the indoor pool, Gym, and that indoor bar I really like a lot, very nice add to this home..
Can't wait for the rest to come. Hope ur having a great week…see you next Tour! Thank you. x
Great house tour!
Hey Darren, awesome house! I would want to have a billiards table downstairs and having a mini movie theater upstairs. Thanks a lot!
In door pool love it
He said "cold winter night", I laughed in Cleveland, Ohio.
Nice Tour. 👌 Well done. In my opinion it's overpriced.
Interesting location, the style is not too farmy, price isn't horrendous, skylights are good but some curious choices like indoor pool, split levels and tight staircase. And of course no concealed door hinges. Darren, could you ask the developers why they don't do that? I'm kidding a little but not really. Maybe they feel it goes well with farm style.
Great tour of a great house!
Great house. I like the indoor pool. This one should be sold quickly!
Great tour, Darren! I’ve been looking forward to your latest installment. This is a beautiful, unique house, and I suspect it will sell quickly. Good for you for crawling into the Harry Potter room – I’d be afraid claustrophobia would hit me if I tried that. My only comment toward improvement would be to renew my suggestion that you remove your shoes when doing these tours – those are some light and pristine floors! That said, I admit to being a bit OCD about not walking on interior floors in shoes. 😅
