  1. Wow! What an amazing story of the sailors in the storm! Dolphins! Sharks! Hurricane! Heroism! That should be a movie!

  2. That view on the top of the light house was amazing even with the fog. Hopefully you'll get a chance to see it on a clear day

  3. I like the way you say aluminium and we say aluminium, ( this would be understandable if I spoke it and not written this ) haha … Name him Leonardo my favourite mutant ninja turtle. Ps I was very slow at liking your video today 209…

  4. Tampa Jay I loved the video but like Chris I had to decline the trip up in the lighthouse. I listened to that part….lol, but I passed on watching it too…Yes I am claustrophobic.and I can not stand heights…😂😭
I loved the video. It was so cool. I love lighthouses just can't go up..
Thank you. You and Chris stay safe. Much love 💕

  5. I can see Carrabelle IS a hidden gem as well as it's shoreline! A little funky but so cool. Have a great weekend, all the best to you!

  6. Wow over an hour long! I've passed this area when going to New Orleans, now I'll have to check this plus a certain con in Destin!

  7. What an interesting video . By the time you reached the top of the lighthouse , I couldn’t breathe ! Scary. Thanks for such a quality video , you guys. ❤

  8. There's a very similar bottle house in Brazil, only about double the size. NOW I have to stop for all those museums and that lighthouse! BTW, you need to hit the lighthouse at Matheson-Hammocks State park in Miami-Dade!

  9. Lighthouses are always haunted! Anclote Key Lighthouse near Tarpon Springs is a similar skeleton type too. 💀👻😅 My favorite part was Cara-Bella! 🐶

  10. Aw Carrabelle, my home away from home! We visit there often and love it. ❤️ 😺🐠 Thanks for the video guys!!

  11. Great video, Jay! That lighthouse was wild! What a way to get to the top, climbing up inside a metal pipe!
A cool little seaside town. Looks like a wonderful place to go and relax.

  12. Neat museums. Also butterfly migration goes through Destin too. A lot less of them than used to be. Pesticides have really hurt them

  13. Happy belated Thanksgiving 🦃Hope you enjoyed celebrating it with family !
Nice haircut Jay! Carrabelle Florida was really cool and filled with lots of history! It had many great museums especially the story about the Tarpan. You were brave to go up those lighthouse steps, I was nervous every step for you. It was nostalgic seeing the class trips to WDC that’s where my class went too (back in my day) as CTG says!
Great vlog and I learned a lot.
Enjoy the rest of your family Thanksgiving weekend!

  14. Oh wow jay you are literally 40 miles from me here in Crawfordville. We have Wakulla springs one of the filming location for creature of the black lagoon.

  15. I particularly liked this video.. something about the desolation of that place mixed with the history. Hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving.

  16. Always love the aesthetics of small town IGAs! OMG the big Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes! I need one!

  17. Clarabelle is a neat place. A lot of great small town history and places to visit. The lady at the museum was so nice. The Tarpon wreck story she told was amazing. Thanks for sharing.

  18. I just commented on Chris' channel on the video about Carabelle. Tell her I was 10 and 15 during our fishing trips to Carabelle. My grandfather was in the army during WW2. He trained as a landing craft and tug boat pilot at Camp Carabelle. He was 1 of only 3 people in his original unit to survive the war. He won a citation for a major tug boat mission that covered a great water distance as a tug pilot. I have a great steel model of the landing craft my grandfather piloted during the war. Mybgrand mother gave it to me before my papaw passed in 1975. We fished Dog Island a lot when we were there. My cousin took his boat both times. Carabelle was a blast as a small quaint fishing town.

  19. Thanks for sharing love the haircut Jay…lol..You are talented content creator and always enjoy your videos.

  20. The girlfriend has good eye makeup eye liner I could never figure that out but if I'm trying that hard there will be tears anyway but that's cool stay home and watch YouTube leave the complicated stuff to the content creators

  21. My dad was class of 59, he went to Washington DC for senior year too. My mom was class of 64, but she didn't go. Now I wonder why, too late to ask. I went with girl scouts in 5th grade. The capitol was being renovating that year. Good memories.
