I walk the garden and show you examples of 5 vegetable crops that handled a deep freeze and how other cool crops did not. I also define, frost, light freezes and deep/hard freezes. Something that confuses many gardeners.

  3. Thank You Gary for all your advice and all the videos are so appreciated. Look forward to seeing you in 2023.

  4. Greetings and Blessings from New Orleans where we can garden year round. I still have tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers, green and bunching onions, chives, lettuce and kale.

  5. I’ve got a couple kohlrabi under covers here in lower MIchigan. It’s gotten into 20’s at night. Daytime today we are at 48 degrees. They are still alive. Hoping to get them to grow a bit bigger. We will see. Thanks for this informative video. It will help me to plan better next year.

  6. Thanks Gary, Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, You really covered a lot this year. looking forward to next year.

  7. I ordered a lot of seeds from you at the start of the year. I have never had so many peppers. Everyone loves my pepper flakes. Also your neem oil worked great as well. Thank you

  8. Late Nagasaki Cabbage, Chijimisai, and parsley will survive freezing temperatures. Deer discovered my dill, and ate most it. My snow peas are still doing their thing producing pods, and so far, my uncovered plants are doing great. All of the plants in my raised beds, including the seedlings, are thriving.
