    It's not that they are bad people or employees. It's just that they don't feel like working for you. They will dominate somewhere else. Everyone can dominate. They just have to find out what and with who. Tigran, there's plenty out there that you would not be a 'good' employee. But you found something that you are 'good.'

    I had this 1 employee, he was good but his attitude was cancerous. I had him as a lead, always asking for more but not taking full responsibility. Teaching the new guys how to play the game. Had to cut him off… as a matter of fact he moved back to Cali. Modesto area I believe

    Hey do you think your area code on your phone number matters to where you get work? For example I’m located in central Florida and my phone number starts with (863) but I want to take my business towards west Florida where their is more hoas and the property’s are nicer,easier to work with and people pay more there and their number starts with (941)

    The problem was that you have to tell billy Jose es in the one in charge or carlos and you have to have meetings not drinking on the job.

    What’s your tip on keeping your guys busy when work is slow. Hardest thing for a young cat trying to build a company is the lack of experience to do it myself. So I need a solid team to depend and can advertise off their skill. But that won’t work if I’m changing guys every few weeks due to lack of jobs in the start up.
