If this house is considered 'by the ocean' – then nearly ALL of LA is 'by the ocean' – stupid to promote the 'ocean' which can only be seen in the far distance.

Hey Jp. Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving. The night views🙌🏼. Like the front elevation. But the stairs to entry 🫤. Agreed. Lovely exterior seating. Like the view on entry. Love the family room/bar and staging. Nice powder room/family room/dining/seamless kitchen with the nook extended off the island. Cozy 1st guest bedroom and en-suite. Backyard is small but well designed. This home is wide not deep. Kitchen pass through access is appreciated as not big enough for a full outdoor kitchen. Elevator/theater/gym/wine tasting area and temp controlled center. Perfect. In the garage and elevator to upstairs. Nice sauna. Guest bedroom with sauna and an amazing laundry. Open to below entry/atrium. Skylights. Wow. The view from the primary 🙌🏼. Balcony. Lovely en-suite and closet. Lovely guest bedrooms and en-suites. Nice rooftop lounging.
