This video is about sowing seeds by using waste tea bags, coffee grounds, coconut coir and egg boxes a seeding planters, without any use of garden compost or soil.
This process just requires a base for the seeds to propagate and establish, and the nitrogen content will come form the tea and coffee grounds.
The egg box is a cheap and effective way of allowing the initial roots of the seeds to establish before moving to either a bigger pot to planting out depending on the weather limitations.
