Well Joel, to echo what you told Keegan, stop buying yourself stuff! LOL. Do you still need to replace the luggage that broke or the bike that got stolen? Kind of a big gift. The best presents are the ones that are unexpected. When my Mom worked at Hudson's Department Store, there was an employee appreciation day that gave extra discounts on top of the employee 20% on top of the sales, so we all got to shop for ourselves. When Christmas morning came there were not many surprises.

How about a nice photo album… of course it wouldn’t be completely filled but you could both add to it as you relationship and adventures continue. I know we all store our pictures in the cloud now but i think its really nice to have actual printed copies to flick though. X

I think you could do with a 3D approach to your bedroom with floor to ceiling shelving. You could probably stand to get rid of about 80% of your "stuff", like a full purge.
Not in Canada. That was mid-October. We don’t do the pilgrim thing but I’m happy we get the Black Friday and Cyber Monday thing.
Some stores in the US have actually had the black Friday sale for about a week, my best friend works at target and she said that they’ve had it since last Sunday. Some online stores have done that too because it makes it a lot easier on employees when it’s not just one day. I have the same problem with buying people gifts. Lol I love buying and giving people gifts that they really like, but a lot of people especially my dad tends to buy things for themselves so then I don’t have anything to get them for birthdays and Christmas. Ava was so cute how she got jealous when you were cuddling Oscar, she doesn’t like sharing the attention. 😄🐾🤗❤️

I’m catching up on your vlogs after my Thanksgiving celebrations! I used to be the kind of person who got upset when Christmas celebrations started before Thanksgiving, but I’m definitely now in the camp of “the world can be hard and you should do what makes you happy and brings you joy.” If that’s watching Christmas movies in October then I’m not going to rain on your parade. I started celebrating Christmas and watching Christmas movies before Thanksgiving this year because I had covid over last Christmas so I’m two years behind and want to soak it up as much as possible! 🎄
I think most people get mad about Christmas in October because I think its mostly Americans because they forget to celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving! And they feel Christmas has its own month!!

Your Mom is so cute and your Dad being oblivious to you talking to him because he was so involved with the football game was too funny😂. Even if you can’t think of any gift ideas to give to your Mom, Dad and Keegan, I’m sure they will come up with something fun and meaningful, they love you and know you better than any of us. I too have been watching a lot of Christmas movies! I’d watch them year around if I could! Yes, some of them can be kind of sappy, but sometimes that is exactly what I need!
