8 Weeks since Harvest this Paw Paw is still Good.
There is an art to keeping a paw paw so long.. as they usually ripen quickly once harvested – from a few days to few weeks.
But.. if carefully hand harvested from the tree just as the fruit ripens, using sheers to snip the stem, and storing untouched on bubble wrap in the fridge… you can go 2 Months! Maybe more..
