Prep Your Ruth Stout Bed NOW For Next Season! | Quail Manure Experiment

When it comes to preparing our Ruth Stout potato bed for next season, this year, in addition to adding hay to our bed, we are adding organic matter to our hay bed in the form of leaves and quail manure.

In this video, we show you how we are setting up a Ruth Stout bed using hay, quail waste, and leaves now so that the bed has the entire winter to decompose further, so that when we plant in the spring, we can be off to a great start.

We have been raising coturnix quail now for almost a year, and we have plenty of quail manure composting so we can add that to our garden spaces, and the fall has given us plenty of leaves, so please join us as we show you how to set up a Ruth Stout bed experiment.
