    I grew rainbow carrots for this year's Thanksgiving dinner and I basically served them just like this. I even had a ton of thyme I'd just rescued from a frost! They were delish and yours look delish, too!

    Oh my word Jill cuteness overload with your youngest daughter I was kind of getting a kick out of her 😂💜because she said she loved here but she didn't want to try the carrots when you roasted them. But good memories are worth every breath are worth every moment because they grow too fast and I love these recipes that you are trying to make family traditions I kind of miss my grandma because we had that together and now she's in heaven but I always try to kick it up a notch even try to keep the same so thank you for sharing this. 🥰❤️

    Hey Jill and June, Y'all work together so perfectly. Her hair is getting so long it looks nice. The carrots look perfect. I love carrots that way honey, brown sugar or molasses they all work well in the right amounts.
    I have done the carrots the same way with fried minced garlic, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce bit of red pepper then in the oven exactly the same for an Asian side dish everyone loves.
    I hope you two are able to make so many more memories while you can it goes soooo fast. One day those little eyes look to you for all the answers then before you know it they think they have all the answers when they don't even know the questions. What a perfect time it is to be with her right now!
