  1. Michel I love the house especially the patio and deck,!! I also love the idea of doing gluten free shops in towns in various states,!!! That would be so helpful for those who are gluten intolerant!! Prayers ,& Wishes Lisa Hampton 😃

  2. Hi Michel, I just want to say that I love your vlogs and think you are such a wonderful person! I like how you talk about finding happiness in the simple things and wanted to share my experience with that. Over the past several years, I've had 2 family member pass away from cancer. It's interesting because it's really made me appreciate all the small things in life (whereas maybe I wouldn't have before). When my family members were sick, their sickness was all I could think about…so even just going grocery shopping was stressful (because I was constantly worried about them). Now when I look back (to before they got sick), I realize how lucky I was to go grocery shopping when everyone was healthy/alive. And I wish I could go back and appreciate having coffee with them/appreciate the time with them even more. Anyway I hope I'm making sense…but the small things really are the big thing in the end.

  3. My Everyday Earbuds from Raycon(I have the blue ones) that I got maybe a month ago were only $70 to begin with? They are phenomenal, and I also recommend them.

I have been working on feeling content with certain parts of my life that are really not as boring or mundane as I feel they are as I also romanticize life. (Specifically a certain part of it, though.)

My husband and I are signing for a house on Monday and I am kind of terrified. There are a few things that need fixing and things we'd like to change, and while we have furniture, it's all mismatched and really neither of our styles and I am scared that we'll never have enough money for that and that we'll then be STUCK with it as it is.

  4. I’m genuinely confused…how on earth can that house be considered a “fixer upper”?? It’s move-in ready without any construction. Unless there are septic, plumbing or electrical issues then is not a fixer-upper. I’ve owned a couple of houses and I’ve seen fixer-uppers and that house is not one.

  5. you should totally have a mini series of GF bakeries you find on your travels!!! Love seeing the places you visit! 😄

  6. Here in Ohio, we are not able to put bathroom sinks on outside walls, because pipes are more likely to freeze. But I don't think that would be much of a concern in Texas.

  7. Love celebrating the “mundane”. That 1st cup of coffee in the morning! Michel, that you figured this out at 25 is beyond amazing! I used to hate grocery shopping now I love even grocery shopping, especially a rainy evening!
You’re so right, it’s about gratitude. For life.

  8. That is definitely a sweet little house.. and it’s completely true, you should budget twice the cost, and twice the time.. and could you imagine defining the front door entry somehow.?. life is good these days, and it’s allowing you to think and dream✨🥰

  9. My husband past away 2 months ago and we were married for 24 years…the mundane, the routine, the everyday is what I truly miss the most.

  10. Great adventures…. quality time is the best with family and friends…sometimes ….you Never get it again….make the most of these days …the house looked amazing…I wish I could little cottage.. style…live life an enjoy… Take care safe travels…

  11. The mundane stuff is what your soul is longing. You should listen to your heart and do all the things you long for. Life is short and it's important to live it the way it makes you happy, esp when u can.

  12. Take your time on a house. Older homes have nice wood floors, and loads of character. On the flip side how old is plumbing (pressure on old copper pipes is tough), windows may need replaced to open, insulation will need to be blown in for heating and cooling savings, and foundation. If hot water heater is in attic scratch it.

  13. i LOVED that house ahhhh….. as an artist, i'm so attached to those big windows, it would make such a nice studio 💔💔💔
another great vlog! thank you for such good content 🦋🥧

  14. Sorrel is very famous for their snow boots, I have been buying them for my son for a while. Never saw their training shoes and they do look super fun!! Xx
