My front yard has needed attention for quite some time…a moss infestation, uneven grading and a bed that has lived past its expiration date. So using my Kubota LX2610 compact tractor and Everything Attachments Wicked 66″ Box Blade, as well as my Toro Timcutter ZTR and few more odds and ends, I destroy my front yard in hopes of setting things right, however my Scotts broadcast spreader attempts to sabotage the day! Also, appearances by Jet the Black Lab.

I hate to tell a kubota guy to buy John Deere but their leather gloves are great my old lady bought me a pair over a year ago now and are holding up great and I wear them welding even
End results looks great to me π If you had a tiller you would have fought the roots … Wondering if that area used both bags of seed ?
Looks great Chris!!! I have to do the same thing soon. I hope the gloves work out for you. I always loss mine before they wear outπ€ͺThanks for the video Have a great day!!!ππ
Iβm doing something similar this afternoon. Only in my case itβs my side yard and itβs quite hilly and Iβm going to use the tiller first to get rid of all the crab grass (thatch) first, then Iβll sprinkle some new top soil and feather it in with the bucket and box blade. Iβm using a Lx2610 with a similar set up ( but I added an extra 280 pounds of suitcase weights to the box blade for extra ballast and needed weight so the ripper shanks engage better in our hard clay soil. Great work π

That is really amazing how much higher the lift capacity is for that tractor over my BX. The box blade seemed to do an OK job tilling the soil. The end results looked great. By late next spring it will be perfect.
Well done! Looks great.
Good gloves are hard to find! I just noticed I wasnβt subscribed to you, I thought sure I had been for awhile. I really like your tractor, itβs a nice size for many jobs. Easy to get around but still powerful enough to do good work. That was a steep spot where you were. Appreciate you mentioning my channel. You have a beautiful place and did an excellent job on the project. Take care!
Great job, it looks so much better. The box blade is a great tool and really helped with this project
Keep us posted on those buffalo hide gloves!
looks like the box blade did a god job smoothing things out! that looked like a difficult area to work and was amazed with your box blade skills. I have a love hate relationship with my box blade that I pull behind y lx 3310! Great video and I'm a new subscriber now!
Sure looks great, Chris! Very nice job. Oh, and I love the coffee mug π
Looks great. Itβs fairly steep there. What was the tractor under the tarp. Wheel horse. And the neighbour has a nice tractor there and the end of the video. Have a good day.
