It’s now mid November and we’ve finally had a frost for the last few nights. This has knocked back some of our ancient edible plants and we’re excited to bring you along while we dig up the very first tubers of the Winter harvest season. You never know what’s hidden below the surface, it’s like looking for Easter eggs! Digging up tubers always gives us joy and it brightens up those dark days of Winter.
