The Kurimoto Japanese Garden can be found at the University of Alberta Botanic Gardens, a short drive west of Edmonton near Devon, Alberta, Canada. Having been to Japan, the garden seems very authentic, and has even been visited by members of the Japanese royal family. However, because of Canada’s northern climate, they use species of plants that are hardy to our area.
