Yoshida sauce is delicious and versatile. Besides as a marinade, you can use it in stir fries and Japanese dishes like sukiyaki, pork/chicken/beef tofu, and oyako donburi. I'll have to try Bachan's sauce. Bachan means grandma. (Jichan means grandpa.)
