Try the float technique. Just water.
I d both seed starting mix or the paper towel method
Most paper towel techniques I’ve seen use a ziploc bag to seal in the moisture
I would use perlite for propagating cuttings. Definitely will use seed starting mixture just to eliminate having to transplant so soon. Every good experiment! TFS
I just do water, humic acid and a tiny splash of some mykos
