I'm actually one who does clean and detail my mower but it only does my yard. I also detail cars, do my own siding cleaning, lawn work, concrete cleaning around the pool, vinyl fence cleaning ect. I like my stiff prestine when I go to use it so I have no issue "detailing" a mower. I also like how it doesn't clog up after I Paint seal the blade area because nothing sticks to it. Besides looks there are other reasons for detailing a mower. It's kinda cool when you have older equipment and it looks like new and people comment on how nice it is. I have a snowblower that's 16 years old that looks like I just pulled it from the shelf. Yes, I detail my snowblower too. I like my shit to last. Now, I hear ya on the mulch coloring. That's just like WTF. OK, I'll give you a point there. However, with soil testing, yes each year I look forward to them because there are always better versions or versions that need to be talked about for being garbage. It is important to get a soil test or else you're wasting money on product that you don't need or are over applying. The new videos every year that you complain about are good to have because they are timed correctly for when people need to be reminded when to do things to their lawns. Not everyone knows to look for soil test videos and may come across needed information in a new video because they never knew to search for an old one. I'm thinking your watching some cheap backyard lawn guys doing this and not the big players like Doc, Ryan Knorr, GCI Turf and The Lawn Care guy. These dudes are amazing with their information and not once have I been unsatisfied with their suggestions. I have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood because of them and thank them all of the time.
Lol all those videos on these products that are a waste of money. I buy 1 thing: fertilizer that's on sale. And maybe a little grass seed if I need it. I spend LESS than $30-40 PER YEAR (anf i have a 5000 sq ft lawn) on lawn products like fertilizers and seed. (Some of these products cost 30-40$!)I found $30 premium seed for $3 a year ago, so you stock up!
I do like to sharpen my lawn mower blade.
But what's so bad about hydretain?
And detailing the lawn mower….all I have to say is……🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Too funny 🤣🤣🤣
# 6 Creator wearing a costume while mowing his lawn. Maybe I can make the top 5 worst next season lol. Good stuff Bud . 👍💚🦸
Driver here doing my best impression of “keeping up.” This is a moronic video. As a former Dairy Queen, McDonalds and Texas Roadhouse employee with a degree in Bovine Science from Air8 University, I am fully qualified to tell you that I just want to spend more time with my family.
For someone that doesn’t care about his Bermuda turf other than rotary mowing at 4 inches, you sure make a lot of videos about not caring.
You are a hoot. Hey, I"m guilty for sure. I make a lot of "How To" for my audience and client base and unfortunately new subscribers don't always look at the older videos, so I do updates on some topics. You are right though, those topics cycle every year. Dude, I clean my mower every 3 weeks or so lol, hey it's therapeutic. I used to clean my car like that but the mower took it's place LOL. Hammer, meet nail LOL.
I can definetly agree with you on some of those videos getting sort of redundant at points in time. To each his own I usually still end up watching those videos anyways but especially the soil testing one gets redundant year after year
On point with all 5! Very funny!
Agreed man sometimes they get redundant and played out but you will sometimes pick up a new tip now and then loved this rant today on this dreary Sunday morning it made my day 😅
I will take the blower to my mower and occasionally check the underside to make sure it's not gunked up, but I'm certainly not going to ever detail a mower.
As far as soil testing goes, I get what you mean about YouTubers pushing their endorsed overpriced testing kit. HOWEVER, I am a big proponent of doing a soil test at least once per year, just to get the pH and the NPK right. Most homeowners who try to do it themselves just waste money on whatever weed-and-feed they can find and it doesn't have the results they want.
2-1/2 years ago, I began increasing my knowledge of lawn care through YouTube. I’ve learned a lot, but not my first choice of videos. Well, except budget lawns. You still have a way of a comically digging on others and I laugh and smile. Ready for winter fun.
I'm just sick of the free in the title or busted 🤔 it's not free if it was you wouldn't be recording it lol
Man, this summer was tough on me. Stupid high temps and work stepping up to the nth degree, I missed a lot of your content and a lot of time in the yard. I just didn't have the energy, I'm sorry. However, I have to ask, am I the only one that caught the satire in this. I mean, you take care of your equipment, you're a minimalist when it comes to additives. Was it not supposed to be funny, because I thought it was hilarious!
hahaha laughed all through the video, awesome dude, for sure guilty of a few of those, but still hilarious video 😂😂
I never ever wash my mower 😂
Scrape the under deck and blower her off.
I did wash my Greensmaster 1000 when I bought it.
But not since 😂❤
Cough cough,
Putting greens.
I was always enjoy your videos, but now I’m really enjoying reading your replies. 😂😂Some of it’s great entertainment! Looking forward to what you got planned this off-season. Keep it up! 👍
😂 hahah you woke up and chose violence today! Need more videos like these!
Ha ha this is great! So much truth.
