In todays newest exploration I take you to one of the most beautiful and exclusive places I have ever been allowed to explore! The dreamlike palace of a jack of all trades: he was mayor, winegrower and council president – to name just a few things. This million dollar villa has been vacant for more than a decade, but its elegance is still unbroken. The wealth of the builder can be seen everywhere, pomp and show in abundancenof wealth!

Sadly he died at the age of 50 and his wife ended up living inside the home for 30 years. They had no children but had a lot of staff members to occupy the rooms and because they had no children the house went to the Nephew but they live in south Africa and just used it as holidays home until eventually they left it forgotten and abandoned.

Explore with me the countless rooms of a 100 year old villa and immerse yourself in another time …

  1. Go downstairs and get the keys that you seen earlier. Also when you were downstairs before you went up and were reading what was on that wall an orb passed you up on the left side of your head . And one more thing. Someone has to be cleaning that house?! It is too clean ?!

  2. I'm in love with the chairs sofa furnishings totally gorgeous, what a lovely place that was .x

  5. A beautiful Mansion I think together is loaded with Ghostly negative energies. Even if I had Money I wouldn't buy a Mansion I would be afraid 😱 👻😀 Make good use of whoever manages to live inside this Mansion.

  6. 🤔 Wow… Crazy…. It's hard to imagine, the bedroom SET has the same design and MONOGRAM on each piece of furniture! Gosh, that's just wild man. 🙄
    (heavy sarcasm)

This young man is a bit dim…

  7. Things were cooler back in the day…Theres artistry all over the place and different craftsman would specialize in all the different aspects.

  8. The short tub like "bath" is a sitz bath for when a women give birth she can sit in this with warm water swirling around to heal the stitching etc, FYI

  9. FYI not sure if it's Japanese or Chinese lore but they believe if the steps are directly in front of the door when you open your door all your happiness your money everything flows out the door that's why you see a lot of steps offset to the front door that's what I've heard I suggest research it and find out I was watching House Hunters and a chick refused to buy the house for that very reason

  10. Bravo steve I watched all your videos it's great 👍I loved it and sometimes we find Leslie Explomo that I am also thank you to you 3 for these good times 👍👍👍👋👋👋👋😁😁😉😉

  11. I noticed someone else told you that small tub was a sitz bath. If you google sitz bath 1900 era you will see others like it. I loved this mansion. The ceilings were truly amazing and the painted walls that were better than wall paper. I hope if someone buys this place to renovate they don't get rid of the grand beauty of this place. We've watched you for years Steve. Glad you are still going!

  12. hi Steve nice video hope you guys be safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 good to know about the history of the place hope to see more videos ❤️ you guys

  13. The floors at 16:53 are extremely common in Italy and Spain. Even when you travel to Latin America…you will find that same style of floors. They last hundreds of years.

  14. Beautiful place, loved the painted walls, and the windows were fabulous. You do a great job in presenting this mansion. You show us all the highlights and take your time going from room to room. Thank you, from Rincon Ga USA!

  15. I can't understand why people leave family homes and mansions to rot when they choose to live overseas or elsewhere. Why don't they do any repairs and sell all the gorgeous furniture etc or rent the premises out? Seems crazy to me! Anyway, a beautiful explore, thank you. 🦘🤔😊

  16. Stunning mansion!! I love the ceilings and the painted walls! I’m half Italian and would love this home! Beautiful amazing explore Steve!!! ❤

  17. In the huge bathroom upstairs it actually is a safe, it said so on the door that it's a fire proof safe, guess you missed that in all the excitement! 🦘😉😊
