    I should also add, that i agree with your sentiments Rob!
    Two of my Grandparents lived until over 100 & they both ate whatever they wanted & whenever they wanted, however, their secret was, eat everything in absolute moderation. Eat healthy in abundance, but sweet & fatty in very small amounts.
    My Grandmother & Grandfather ate a small amount of vanilla ice-cream daily, with strawberry jelly, custard or fresh fruit, just after their healthy dinner & they also added to their regular diet, some rich cheese and red meat, but not too much & they were as healthy as could be, right up until they died.

    Ps. I just have to add, your accents are so good! Brilliant & even a wee bit funny! haha
    In ref to the Armenian church, that façade was so lovely! NY's home to many ethnic groups, which is just brill! Just like where we live.
    I have visited Armenia & i absolutely loved it there! The history, culture, architecture, food, people of course, language, music & so much more. It was just a truly wonderful experience.
    I also visited Republic of Georgia & over there, many humans live until over 100 yrs of age, which is amazing. Georgia was so awesome & i met many very kind & hospitable humans. Their culture, specifically off grid, is so amazing & traditional, that i often felt i'd gone way back in time. I sure hope these countries can maintain their traditional ways of life.
    Why?
    Because it's an important part of their respective histories and once it's gone, it's gone & then, well, more & more countries become way to similar, rather than maintain their unique & beautiful "difference". Which btw, i personally LOVE!!!
    Yes indeed, i did know about the Kardashian's being of Armenian ancestry. I knew by their name, as soon as i heard about them. They're lovely looking peoples in the Caucus region, albeit, of course human beauty is absolutely global.
    Interestingly, this is where the name Caucasian originates. The first fair skinned humans originate from that global region.
    You're 6ft 2" and you think you're short! lol 6ft 2" is actually a very good height. You wouldn't want to be too tall anyway. I'm only 5ft 7"tall, but i think i'm a good height & definitely not on the short side for a female. I love being my height & as my beloved always tells me, "Great things come in wee packages!"

    My hubby anticipated your intro before you did 😃. …….it is as unique like Wolfman Jack or Robin saying "Good Morning Vietnam " You would be great at a voice over gig. WRF walks is a staple in our household. Your engagement style while walking safely is amazing.
