Hello maam! Can you please share your recipe for making the gelatin? How many sachet of knox gelatin did you use and the sugar water proportion? Thank you
I'm still mildly disturbed from the once I tried an island cake 😭 I do want to try again, but need to recover from the repeated leaking and the jelly that wouldn't set!! How did you seal yours watertight, it looked like the acetate and cake ring were just placed there and yet no problems at all….? X
Did the fondant not bleed after a while in the gelatin? I thought of making this for my design – didn't realize that there are some who are already making this style of decoration. Always been curious what the fondants' reaction will be under the gelatin – considering the gelatin is NOT warm of course. Thanks for any feedback on this.
it s amazing and I just enjoyed watching it but not learning! there was no explanation……everything were prepared before, even cutting the cake or the stuffs you used. anyway, good job!

Great video. I think it would've been better if the fish were smaller, but other than that, it looks good.
