सर, हम स्पॉन मंगाते हैं तो उसमें से कभी कभी थोड़ा सा हरा हरा सा या कभी कभी थोड़ा काला सा निकल आता है, उसे हम निकाल कर फेंक देते हैं तभी स्पोनिंग करते हैं पर क्या सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से हम उस स्पॉन पर सैनेटाइजर से स्प्रे कर सकते हैं ताकि बाद में स्पॉन के कारण बैग में कोई इंफेक्शन ना हो या, ऐसा करने से स्पॉन का मैसिलीयम भी मर जायेगा.
