Greetings, Niall, from Windermere, Florida zone 9b USA 🇺🇸
Happy November Gardening 🍂🍁🍂
Here in Florida we can grow a lot during Autumn. We are still in the 80's daytime and 60's at night. Our frost dates are January 1st to 31st.
A Beautiful Hello to Liz, too. I have minimal luck with Sweet Peas. I'm sure yours are brilliant 🌿💓🌿
Morning Niall, church in a bit, I'll watch later take care and thanks ☺️
Thanks for another great video Niall 🌿🌺🌿
Great video Niall, I am replanting bulbs I had to dig up,with a garden change. Planting some tulips and daffodils. Have no where to start sweet pea this early, a pity. Thanks you two great recommendations, love the red iris especially.

Not very successful with seeds 🫣can you tell me which ones can go straight into ground please😢
We planted lots of tulips and irises on Friday. Can’t wait to see them flower!
Good morning. Well Niall I am with you when you mention yellow daffs, I also prefer other colours. Also, I am interested in the red irises. Some interestingly dufferent plants mentioned today. Thank you for these ideas.
Another great information packed video. 💐
Morning Niall, great "November " video, really informative. I've already done my sweet peas for overwintering but I've also tried honesty, allium, clematis and a plant called silla I think? They've all managed to germinate and get above the compost so it's just a case of monitoring and care over winter. I have them indoors on a south facing windowsill here in Liverpool uk. Keep you updated, thanks for the great videos 🌳🌻🍂🌱👍
Lovely choices 🥰
Fox and cubs some are still flowering on my Planned and Unplanned (nature gives and takes) cultivated allotment. The environmental cycle is important to me. = A lot of nectar to keep the insects busy during the year 🦟🐝🐞🐜🦋🕷 which feeds the small birds, ….
💐Scania, Sweden.
Good Morning Niall. Adding Copper Image to my list 😃 Absolutely gorgeous!!!!!
Thank you for the suggestions, will have to seed some sweet peas now!
Just one thing about the bulbs, because I know you will care: a lot of bulbs are grown in the Netherlands and unless they're grown organically, they are likely to have a lot of pesticides. Tulips and lilies are among the most sprayed crops in the country. Even if those pesticides don't make it into your flowers, they will have an impact on insect biodiversity in the Netherlands (because they are made for killing 'bugs'). So it's worth promoting organic bulbs instead. Thanks!
Hi Niall – my sweet peas have gone a little leggy, but I'm chuffed to bits that I've got them to germinate. Should I pinch them out?
Nice recommendations, the vividness of the greenery around you was just stunning 😊 You're so right about sweet peas, there's never enough 😂🌿💚
Great ideas. Love ajuga it is very understated. Grows well between spaces of stepping stones along with creeping thyme. Love Liz. Wish I could suspend my entire garden from rabbits. Thanks Niall.
Thank you once again for your recommendations, especially the bulbs. Just planted some tubs of tulips this morning! PS good luck with the Awards. I am sure you let us know how you get on.
Just here to say, thank you for youre lovely video's.
Happy November everyone! Let me know… what are you sowing and growing? Please do leave a comment because I love being able to chat with you!
Bulbs for me this month
Great information from Liz as usual. I share her problem with mice, the little troublemakers. What I've found that also works is to take the lid off one of those waist high garbage cans and then put a flat surface on top of it as a table for seed starting. As long as it has slippery sides with a slight angle I have found that mice cannot make it up the sides and then it can go back to its life as a garbage can when your done
Hi Niall, where do you get your seed from please.
Very helpful video Niall, do you reckon you have enough to plant? 😂
Foxgloves are next on the agenda for me to plant.. got them from an uncles neighbour’s home saved seed, will be interesting to see what colours / varieties come from them!
Just placed my farmer grace order, 100 bulbs coming in shades of white, purple and pink. I can't wait to put together my lasagne!
I have started some sweet peas and wild primrose. I also got some bulbs Leucojum Aestivum to plant.
merci pour tout ces conseil Niall
hi Naill! great video! great tip from Liz to keep those pesky mice away! will have to try to get some planted this weekend in the poly tunnel!
not doing seeds much now but still got lots of bulbs to plant. was tempted to get some inside to force them out early just in case the mice or rabbits kindly dig them up or munch on them!
already planted lots of different allium bulbs around the outside of my poly tunnel a out a month ago so quite excited to see how they do as mixed them up a bit!
howsthe orchard been for you this year? ours is still producing apples and currently got 85 litres to turn into cider and 20 litres of oear cider for next year or xmas!
Lovely video!
I have sweet peas sprouting in my greenhouse and some have self sown in the vegetable garden where is grew them this past summer. Plus self sown snow peas have sprouted in the vegetable garden. Winter is here now with cold days and frost. Highs are 4C and lows to -1C. I live on Vancouver Island BC Canada. Also Known as the Pacific west coast.
Can't get bulbs this year but I have cowslip seeds and I am going to pop those around the edge of some of the front veg beds 😀
Happy November Niall, I do enjoy your videos. In two decent sized blue ceramic outdoor pots I have layered all yellow sping bulbs. Daffodils (Rijnveld's Early Sensation and Dutch Master), Tulip 'Yellow Emperor' and Crocus yellow on top. In 2 more brown ceramic containers again of decent sizes, I have a mix of pink Tulips 'Finola Bulbs' and Blue 'Muscari Armeniacum bulbs' (which is the Magenta Magic Collection from Framer Gracy).
