Hey everyone!!! It’s been a long time but I finally made an update video! I’m sorry the backyard landscaping project has been taking forever. The intense Florida heat hasn’t been helping me much either. I started making a little progress with the backyard garden and food forest project. I’ve also managed to free up a little bit of time every week so I can start making videos again! I actually really miss being active on YouTube, filming just takes up so much extra time when I’m working on the outdoor projects that I haven’t been able to do both.
I’m finishing the rock pathways around the backyard and setting the landscaping blocks into place to make the food forest islands. I’m going to run some irrigation into the food forest so the plants and trees have sprinklers. I have to do a little more digging leveling the dirt along the pathways but it’s all coming together now. I will have to place more orders in for more materials. I figure ill need about 150 more landscaping blocks, one more truck load of rocks and another truck load of dirt to finish everything. The cost of this whole backyard landscaping project is a lot more than i first imagined. But now that it’s almost done I’m feeling really happy about it. I can’t wait to have some more room for trees and plants.
