We might have slightly missed the Halloween window, but it’s finally time to harvest all these beautiful Polar Bear pumpkins from the backyard garden. This variety has done well for us two years in a row now, and we think it is one of the easiest pumpkin varieties to grow.

Join us as we harvest all these pumpkins, including some that are 60 lbs or more! We’ll also check on our fall potato planting to see if any of them are ready to harvest.

  1. Your boys are such a joy to watch hehe. I'm 70 and I miss my 2 girls in their younger days. You are truly blessed!

  2. Last year I grew the small ghost pumpkins. This year I had a volunteer pumpkin come up and got 4 that were about 5 lbs. Who knows maybe next year they'll be like yours, lol!

  3. Fun!!! Gotta brag on my first pumpkin— Jarrahdale almost 15 pounds and the most beautiful piece of food I’ve ever laid eyes on! Look up a picture!

  4. I'm sure you talked with Lindy from Georgia grown citrus best place to buy citrus in Georgia its only 16 min away. Also when i lived in Albany bought alot stuff from Mark, its good to buy local.

  5. Not if u got the vine borers…its 100 percent impossible…along with squashes..the heroics one must go thru wont actually work either

  6. Hehe..fedco is back online with their 2023 seeds!! Im looking for corn tonight…i havent grown any for about 5 years and u got me so.excited for CORN…but pumpkin envy will always be…we got the vine borers bad here…i think those Seminole wont grow here as we dont get the rain…and they are sooo viney

  7. Have u tried the cherokee or Seminole pumkins? Seriosly may be funny for u..dont do them near your regular garden.
