Successful Hydroponic Gardening | Early Spring Garden Tips & Tricks | 2021 Giveaway



Spring is almost here and it’s finally time to get planting. Unfortunately, there is still danger of frost so it is much too early to plant outdoors (with a few exceptions of hardy veggies such as Kale, Spinach, Peas & Carrots).
Years ago, I started by planting a few seeds in my greenhouse, but this process took a few weeks and constant heat, which was not a cost effective option. I received an Aerogarden as a gift from my parents and decided to look into seed starting on their website. I was so excited to find that they sold accessories for this exact purpose, I wet my plants.
Now every year, I start my seeds in March utilizing my Aerogardens. I usually use 100-150 seeds pods and transplant them to my greenhouse one month later. I have always had success with this method (Spinach is the only exception). I end up getting a big jump on my garden and don’t have to worry about the harvest time being too close to fall frosts.
If you follow my tips, you will surely have a beautiful garden, and people will ask you how you got such an early start. They might even want a few starts from you! So plant double so that you can share the joy.
