After marriage and two kids, a husband’s bachelor pad is bursting at the seams as the family struggles to find space to themselves. His wife wants Hilary to make aesthetic changes, but his bags are packed and waiting for David to find them a bigger home.

When a house no longer feels like home, homeowners are left with a big financial and emotional question: renovate or sell it? Love It or List It helps fed-up homeowners decide. In each hour-long episode Realtor David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr compete for the homeowners’ final decision to stay or go. David’s insider perspective on the real estate market helps target listings to prospective buyers, but Hilary is determined to show homeowners that, within their budget, she can transform their worn-out house into a castle they can love. If the owners decide to list it, Hilary’s hard work adds to the home’s resale value. It’s a tough decision either way. Which choice would you make?

  1. Their current house will now sell quickly and be worth at least $550k. Hillary, as always did a magnificent job, but this time the other house won!!

  2. I love everything Hillary does but I have to say the last house they viewed is perfect for a family like this….the budget 130 thousand plus all the extra money Hillary wanted to make the jouse they in now, the way they wanted, was simply to much money…I absoluttely love that open kitchen with livingroom in the future house with the fireplace wright in the center…georgeous and 559 thousand is not a bad price for it…heaven

  3. Hilary she is my idol, I would like to look like her when I turn to 70 yrs. ❤ love you Hilary~

  4. I haven’t even watched the video yet and I can tell the clutter and lack of organizational skills are the issue, not the house.
