  1. I love a good solo camp.
This video was really well put together mate.
And my solo camping tip … bring a spare pair of socks, a hearty stout, and a tobacco pipe 🤣

  2. Thanks for a good video. I’ve camped alone before and found a lot of truth in your viewpoint.

  3. Very clear & concise, soothing to watch/listen to, and covers some really valuable points that are hard to think of as a first-timer. Awesome work!
A few tips that helps me deal with anxieties & fears:
1.) Insect repellent for march flies and mosquitoes
2.) Take a hiking pole or lengthy stick for clearing spiderwebs on the track, tapping long grass if it is snake season, and assisting with creek & river crossings
3.) Long clothing is great for an added layer of protection against insects, sunburn etc – particularly during summer, just use thinner garments so you don't overheat. It also stops you 'freaking out' every time something touches your arm or leg, like a harmless blade of grass hahaha.

  4. Super valuable advice communicated clearly and without prejudice. Well structured and edited.

#10 could be a mantra to live your life by btw!
