Tuber season is almost here! This week we are starting to harvest tiger nuts, chinese artichokes, Apios and many varieties of Jerusalem artichokes. We are making some harvest videos to show you some these new ancient edible tubers. We’re sending out preorders as tubers come into season depending on what you have ordered. Especially Oca, Mashua and Yacons depend on the first hard frost. Please bare with us on these, we will be emailing confirmation and tracking numbers once your parcel has gone out.

Another great video Martin, I had a small harvest but only started with 6 tiger nuts so at least I have more for next year 👍🌱🤞🐅 🌰🤗
Are these plants Cyperus esculentus or Horchata invasive at all in Ireland? I believe they are invasive elsewhere?
Thanks for the video, really informative and interesting 👍
Do you wait for the die before harvest ?
Thanks Martin for another great informative video 🙂. How did the ones you left in the ground do so far this year?
Awesome video tutorial on tiger nuts 👏 👌.I make milk with it, and I use coconut 🥥 water and it doesn't need any sweetener 😋 at all.
Thank you 🙏 😊 for sharing another wonderful video on tiger nuts 👏
I've been wondering if mine were ready to harvest because they're about half turned tan/brown with some green sedge grass still there. I planted them in early May in zone 8a (and then a bunch more at different times through late June). This video was very helpful, thank you!
