Some seedlings need more space to produce larger harvests (= more food for you)! Here, we show how to “thin” seedlings (like radishes + basil!) by pulling out the extras…and show you what you can do with them. We also harvest pea shoots because these speed demons jump out of the soil faster than you can say Seedsheet Salads. For more tips check out: seedsheets.com/blog

Eat your trimmings, I can't believe you just tossed those radish leaves, maybe you correct by the end.
That's also not true, you can definitely transplant radish and you're still missing the opportunity of informing everyone you can harvest most things at any stage and you can eat thinnings. You missed the opportunity to say you can also leave the radishes like the beets and just grow and eat the leaves but maybe it's coming.
I've been edited..lol
Have you tried putting the thinned pieces in soil to try and grow them? If it works you get much more food
I just received happily my first seedsheet kit . Really looking to getting started with it.
