On today’s episode of Homeworthy we’re taking you to a small seaside village just outside of Dublin, Ireland where you’ll meet interior designer Suzie Mc Adam who transformed a Victorian House from the 1860s into a contemporary home for her family. The gorgeous home is filled with vintage furniture and treasures that she sourced from around the world. The project took more than three years to complete and it is spectacular. ENJOY!

  1. Oh that's funny. I'm used to seeing this channel being somewhere in America… But here we are in my home town 5 minutes away from my family home . Funny that. As a person living away from Ireland it's amusing that Sandycove popped up.
    Lashing rain of course!
    Nice house!

  2. What a lovely home, it is bright, cheerful, couthie, fresh and bright, very much like the designer home owner.

  3. Would love to see some smaller spaces again… for example: I loved the tour Allie Provost gave of her NY apartment. I feel like it is easy (or easier?) to decorate a huge, stunning house/mansion with a budget like Suzies, but transforming a small space into a unique home (and maybe with a smaller budget?) seems more challenging and exciting! Just a thought! Enjoyed the video anyway! Thank you, always a pleasure watching!

  4. The interior is beautiful, sadly that exterior does not match the interior

  5. What an extraordinary style. Watching this was pure pleasure. Preserving the original front exterior of the home, mixed with the back side modern was perfection. I have never seen such an elegant bathroom. Everything was a dream.

  6. Beautiful home! That bathroom was incredible. The name of the photographer of the woman reading in bed with the monacle is Slim Aarons just FYI 🙂

  7. I watch home tours on a regular basis, and this is easily in my top 3 of all-time. I will watch it over and over again to raise my serotonin levels. Homeworthy has officially surpassed Architectural Digest in production and content quality for me. Kudos to the Alison and the entire team. 🙌🏠💕

  8. Loved how down to earth and extremely talented this designer is for being young. A lot of designers are mature and thus the have a more entitled approach. Susie’ townhome is stunning. I love that the home owners have the chance to speak passionately about their spaces and how they created a home. Hope we get to see her new home in the future. This is one tour i will have to watch several times, as I don’t want to miss a single thing! Once again great job Homeworthy!

  9. Love her house! Especually loved the nursery.. those animals, wow.

Did anyone notice that when the camera took us through the drawing room after the tour that the 2 paintings, gold eye settee, and the pink lit shaped mirror were not in the drawing room.. ?? I so wanted to see where that floating candles light fixture was? . what room? Loved all of the light fixtures, especially the sconces in the kitchen.

  10. My first comment ever on any video on this channel although I've watched all the videos 😊😊. What an absolutely beautiful home . Well designed and curated. Am so sad that you have to move from the place 🥺🥺🥺

  11. Such a fantastic house and lovely style! Love the color of the walls! Could you possibly share the color and company that makes the paint. It looks like it has a slight yellow undertone! Beautifully done!

  12. I feel kind of sad that they worked so hard to make that house their own special place, but now they're selling it and moving. I hope the new owners keep everything as it is and don't ruin it. It really was spectacularly cozy but still bright on a stormy day. Great job!

  13. I cannot relate to most of this house's contents. Weird furniture placement. Piano crowding the doorway, but in same room, Is a small chair sitting & looking lonely & lost with too much space around it.

  14. What a stunning and cheerful home and designer. Beautiful lighting fixtures. Fabulous bathroom and kitchen. I was so happy not to see grey anywhere. Most ghastly home trend to date.

  15. I loved your home. Gorgeous, I admire your style. You have given me a few ideas, you live in a gorgeous place, enjoy, vicki
