  1. Great job with your properties. Yours definitely stand out or what Rachel referred to as domination. I can't wait to see the difference in watered lawns vs mother nature lawns. I think it will be interesting to see if there really is a significant difference in the lawns!? My opinion on the matter is if you're going to spend good $$ on your services then I would listen to you and water my lawn however many times a wk you suggested.

  2. I have never treated any lawns for grubs or moles and have had very few issues in all my years. A lot of people ask what I do because we have plenty around here. Theyโ€™re shocked when I say nothing. On the few occasions there has been an issue, I use the steel spikes. Maybe itโ€™s just luck but Iโ€™ve had yards on both sides of some I took care of that had Mike problems and they never came into it.

  3. I seeded and fertilized along with aeration about two weeks ago. It has rained only like a 1/2 inch. Mowed this weekend and seed and feet still on ground. What can I do beside pray for rain! Leaves had to be mowed up

  4. I could see that the grass looks so green. You both did a great job.
    Keep up the good work.

  5. Good morning Rachel & Carl!! The one "Old Wives Tale" I heard about Winter is: If Ant Hills are high in the Fall, we will have a cold Winter!๐Ÿœ๐Ÿฅถ P.S. As long as that cable has been above ground, I would've offered to bury it for the Customer.
