I saw a tip in either Family Handyman or Pop Mech where they had a maybe 6×8 plastic tarp and put the concrete mix and water and then 2 people had each end and rotated it back and forth and it mixed it perfectly. The hoe in the wheelbarrow or mixing pan is tough and no fun.
That project is a perfect size for a diyer 👏🏽👏🏽 plus it’s satisfying seeing the end product 🙌🏽🙌🏽
