    When I get an abundance of spinach like that I spend a day chopping…blanching and freezing it!! Handy for when you want too make like an omelette or a beef strog!! Just grab it from the freezer and whack it in your meal!! Also a good way too use up your spinach like that!! Cheers!!

    Oh that chard looks amazing, I believe that is the fordhook giant Swiss chard? Our chard is doing well. None of our plants are huge yet, but some are on their way to getting there. I got a lot of varieties from different sources, I planted it throughout the garden because it grows so well for us, looks good and tastes good, so they're a WIN WIN WIN crop I want to have growing at all times possible.

    Your kale and chard looks great. Don't forget to save your seeds. That Savoy cabbage looks good but the seeds OMG there's so many. You can never have to buy those seeds again. Your garden is beautiful.
