You guys, as you asked for the location, I tried to search for it and there is only one KAWA HAUS at SUKHUMVIT 77 PRAKANONG. It is a new high end luxury condo of 2 years only.
Kawa is Japanese meaning water or river because the project was built by the water.

Hi Byanca, nice vlog! I wonder if that cart will give you a free ride to the main street only or all the way to the nearest BTS (which is, I believe, On Nut and is 1.60 km away, which is quite far). Also, what if you are out and come back around 10PM or 11PM or 2AM – can you still call them to pick you up with that cart???
