   Question from a city girl – what size eggs are those? They look like jumbo eggs. Can chickens lay different sized eggs? Does it depend on what they’re fed?

   I agree, depending on the government in a disaster is a bad plan. Response will be slow if there’s high demand for help. Stocking up with whatever income you have is smart. Spend that money on necessities instead of fancy electronic gadgets. As an apartment
   dweller, I don’t have the ability to do all you can with a single family home & land, but I’ll do what I can.

   I saw a post from a farmer along the Mississippi River who said the river is dry and the farmers cannot offload their crops. She suggested everyone stock up on FLOUR NOW for holiday baking. Also, cereals and soybean products so don’t forget the cereals used in holiday Chex Mix or holidayRice Crispie treats. I added Bugles and Pretzel Chips for a sweet mix I make for cookie tin gifting. Just sharing!

    I live in a small town. Can't have animals. Placed an order at wm today, they only had a few of the items i ordered. I can't afford to move again. we've only been here a little over 3 years. tomorrow i have to get it together and try canning. Well, how are you doing?

    Here in California 60 eggs are $13, so I buy them and freeze them and vacuum seal them

    I just recently traveled up north to visit family, I live in southern California, I traveled the 5 fwy north an acres of farm land, also I took the 1fwy south to the 101 south also acres an acres of farm land going strong.

    I just have to tell you… I've been watching your great videos and my husband and our dog is all that's home these days. We live in Norfolk Virginia at the bay but are moving to better greener pastures next March. We take our prepping serious and are so overwhelmed over worry for our adult children and grandchildren. Even though I have 2 kids that are doctors they come to me for this type of advice. Since you live where you live we felt it was best to include you as one of our trusted preppers and you're so much more. There is no job that is secure after all the damage that's been done. We used to be law enforcement but happily retired however our youngest is a Virginia State trooper and her husband is a sheriff. I want you to know how special and valuable you are to all of us. I'm LOVING the eggs too!!!! Go girl. Please stay safe and well bc crime is most certainly at an all time high and unfortunately will get worse. There are reports of robberies done on single women involving 2 vehicles that ride up on customers in the Walmart parking lot as their back is turned (as they are unloading their groceries) and one involving an elderly woman. Not to be paranoid but prepared!!!! Head on a swivel and keep your car doors locked at all times. I did a series of videos on situational awareness and especially geared for woman and single women living alone but not shared on YouTube but Fb. Take those nice slow cleansing breaths to help calm our bodies and minds bc the mere stress of all of this wreaks havoc on the mind and body. God Bless you and all of your loved ones. You are a true gem.

    Chicken breasts here is anywhere from $25-30 for 1pk of breast that only has 5 in it… beef is $6.29 a pound here where I'm at.

    My problem is. When I do get a property I'll be traveling for work too. And it's just me. Animals need daily attention. So I think my focus fill be on a permaculture based garden. Trees. Berry shrubs things like that
