I’m happy to report new growth on my girlfriend’s snake plant. Let’s not condemn them (or any plants) to a windowless corner to die slowly. “Low light” means 50-100 foot-candles – your phone has a light sensor so download an app that measures in foot-candles (lux also works but foot-candles is the unit used in horticulture).
