On today’s episode of Homeworthy, Bravo TV star Dorinda Medley gives us a tour of her famous Blue Stone Manor in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. The “Make It Nice” queen grew up just down the road from this Berkshires home and her late husband Richard Medley bought it for her as a wedding gift. Dorinda collaborated with designer and friend Marshall Watson on the restoration and decoration of the home.
You know Dorinda from Real Housewives of New York City and Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club, but she also has an entrepreneurial spirit and has created Blue Stone Manor bourbon as well as a Blue Stone Manor Candle.

This woman spoke for about 3 min and I fell In love. Richard had good taste and bless you my dear! You are blessed. A home like this should always have people in it. It’s a part of the community. In Hawaii we would have potluck with the entire community if there was a home like that in the community.
What a gift she is to this home.
Well she did it. Now I want to watch the real housewives . Something I never thought I’d say😂
So funny, no pics of your family. Richard, Hanna or your strep kids.
The structure of the house itself is very powerful and dictates the experience. She could have done any interior including white on white and the place would feel lovely. If one lives in a more typical house, this interior would not be effective. A candle and flowers would not be enough. I do not like when Homeworthy features these most personalized styles in architecturally stunning spaces as there is at little that most of us can be inspired by. Lovely lady.
Richard bought his Bride her beautiful dream house that is sooo romantic and heartfelt The house is stunning and a cosy home as well I luv it I like Blue Ivy for the ethereal Lady who greets your guests
What a lovely lady. What a fascinating manor!
Thank you very much Dorinda , show has you lovely and beautiful house . I love the and said and out said you house , the landscape is gorgeous , can wait to see you again and New York real house wife i love you 🥰
Tacky. Not my taste.
Madame Blue
What type of wall is that in the blue room? It’s extra shiny.
Love this tour and Dorinda of course, which I know from the Housewives. I have seen Bluestone Manor on some episodes but never a full tour like this! Totally loved it! Homeworthy please now we need a tour of her city apartment!!!!!
Name her Flora.
I like very much this side of Dorinda.
Oh my what a beautiful space but DORINDA HAS SUCH A SPIRITUAL PHILOSOPHY ..Awesome person!!!! I WOULD NAME THE FLOWER STATUE THE “ petal pusher” that is a name I fantasize I want if I could ever have a flower store… NO WORDS FOR SUCH A COOL CHIC AUTHENTIC TOUR DORINDA!!!!! Judy in Pensacola Fl 👍❤️
Boy she talks! 👀🥂 She is fun though
Love the way she presents herself as well as decorating the house .
I've never watched Housewives shows, nor heard of Dorinda. Thank you, Homeworthy, for introducing this colorful and vibrant matriarch of Bluestone Manor. For me, this is the first home you've showcased where the home seemed alive with its own personality. Love the peacock, too. The delightful garden lady looks like a Delilah to me. Fun! Fun! Fun!
Delightful home with gracious owner. Living with objects you love makes any home special & so interesting. The outdoor area just wowed me! To see that everyday must be heavenly . Thank you Dorinda for sharing with us.
You could call her Florinda
I hate to point out the obvious, the decor is terrible, but she is entertaining and probably a good cook.
“The house really needed to be honoured and acknowledge”….I love that❤. The perfect owner for this property….
This is the most HW enjoyable video I have seen. Truly amazing! Loved it
I wish I could find someone KIND enough to nuy me a small flat! I'll never be a homeowner.. All I can do is watch all this shit on youtube and dream!
She should name the beautiful lady outside Flora.
Her joy is infectious, lovely she shares her humble past and she embraces her wealth and joy in sharing it through luxurious dinners and entertaining
Beautiful manor and lovely person
It’s impossible not to adore Dorinda. She has a special place in my heart after seeing so many intimate moments of her life on RHONY. I had no idea of the backstory of her family connection to the home, and Richard having surprised her with it. I can’t imagine how vulnerable it feels for her to share the home with the ladies on the show, and I totally understand the more dramatic moments now
Dorinda is overwhelming. Her bedroom sums it up!
perhaps if i knew who she was i’d be able to look beyond the ugly choices
Anyone who has Dorinda in their life is blessed. What a woman.
I love Homeworthy but this one has too much talking and not enough design. I will continue watching and hope for better. Thanks.
WoW… Stunning….
Love the fact she recognizes her time at Bluestone Manor is limited — that she is a curator of it. Kudos to her.
I wonder if Dorinda has a lot of before pictures. It would be nice to see them. I can only imagine how much time and money it took to bring the home up to modern day codes/standards. Thank you for the tour.
EXCELLENT !!!!! My fav so far 💕
Gosh, I loved Dorinda even more than her home!
The moment she talked about her late husband was so touching and reminds us how love is never gone. After all love is what makes any house a home! Bravo, Dorinda!!
What a wonderful love story and homage to a love and a home. You are a lovely narrator, loved this tour, would love to come back… may see your bathroom, as I am sure it it spectacular
I don't think there would have been a purple crushed velvet couch and rainbow drapes and tree in the house in 1902? 😳
Not very authentic then, but very reality tv.
Interesting home and lady, and the way she talks about her husband was lovely. We should all have a love like that.
Dorinda and trinny should do a show together, they have lifestyle down to a fine art … and both fun to watch
Beautiful and unexpected
Such a beautiful home.
Love the lacquered walls in the peacock room…interesting touch.❤
What a house, and what a personality! Love each of your house tours, but this one is my personal favorite. Thank you both!
My goodness!!! Dorinda and I could be twins, I absolutely love her taste in furniture, color everything!!!! Not everyone gets me,but I think Dorinda would!!! Love it Dorinda!Oh btw, my grandparents were from Massachusetts, my moms parents…and I truly love it up there!!!!
